All other information collection and security measures of this website are managed by GIPLA.org's webhosting and e-commerce service provider, Webii.net -- please visit their website at http://www.webii.net for detailed information. In general, for site management, information is collected for statistical purposes. The system uses software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for purposes such as assessing what information is of most and least interest, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, our service provider or system employs software programs or other means to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Except in support of authorized law enforcement activities, or otherwise as required by law, GIPLA makes no other attempts to identify individual users or their usage habits.
